Unlicensed North Dakota daycare provider charged with murder of 5-month-old baby boy

Patricia Wick, 48, reportedly was operating an unlicensed daycare in Carrington, North Dakota, when first responders have been referred to as to her home for an unresponsive 5-month-old child on Sept. 26, 2022, in keeping with KVRR.
