PUBLIC NOTICE STATE OF NORTH DAKOTA CITIZEN PARTICIPATION PLAN REVISION The North Dakota Division of Commerce, Division of Group Providers and North Dakota Housing Finance Company search public remark to revision of the North Dakota Citizen Participation Plan (CCP). The CCP units forth the State of North Dakota’s insurance policies and procedures for citizen participation within the U.S. Dept. of Housing and City Improvement’s consolidated planning course of together with improvement of the State’s Consolidated Plan, Annual Motion Plan, and the allocation plans for the next applications: HOME Funding Partnerships, Group Improvement Block Grant, Nationwide Housing Belief Fund, and Emergency Options Grant. The target of the CCP is to make sure that the residents of North Dakota, significantly individuals with low and reasonable incomes, individuals residing in slum and blighted areas, and individuals or models of native authorities with pressing housing wants, housing companies, or different events are supplied with the chance to participation within the planning and preparation of the state’s plans.
