PUBLIC NOTICE STATE OF NORTH DAKOTA 30 DAY COMMENT PERIOD 2023 HUD ANNUAL ACTION PLAN The North Dakota Division of Commerce, Division of Neighborhood Companies and North Dakota Housing Finance Company announce the opening of the 30-day remark interval for the State’s 2023 Annual Motion Plan.
