Police identify woman killed in south Fargo

FARGO — Police have identified a woman who they say was killed Saturday, June 8, in Fargo.

Officers said Sunday that Jody Campbell, a 59-year-old Fargo woman, died during a domestic dispute with Randall Dale Duffy at a home in the 3100 block of 33rd Street South. The 61-year-old man was arrested and is being held at the Cass County Jail on suspicion of murder.

He could appear in Cass County District Court as early as Monday.

A cause of death was not released Sunday. Police said there is no known threat to the public.

Duffy has a lengthy criminal history that includes assault and drug charges.
