FARGO — Two state volleyball championships have been determined in dramatic vogue Saturday evening on the Bismarck Occasion Heart.
Each the North Dakota Class A and Class B title matches took 5 units to determine the winner with the Class A championship ending after midnight. Northern Cass rallied for a 25-11, 23-25, 21-25, 25-21, 15-10 win towards Linton-HMB for the Class B crown. West Fargo Sheyenne earned a 25-22, 22-25, 25-18, 23-25, 15-8 victory towards Bismarck Century.
Senior exterior hitter Kailee Waasdorp paced the Mustangs with 27 kills and 28 digs.
