Pedestrian struck by vehicle near State Fairgrounds

MINOT, N.D. – A pedestrian suffered non-life-threatening accidents after being struck by a car early Saturday morning close to the North Dakota State Fairgrounds, based on Minot Police.

Capt. Dale Plessas stated an 18-year-old lady was crossing the road within the 2400 block of East Burdick Expressway round midnight, when she was struck by a car pushed by a 69-year-old man.

The lady was handled at Trinity Hospital for her accidents. Plessas stated the motive force was cited for a crosswalk violation, although velocity didn’t play an element.
