Officials identify driver killed in north-central North Dakota crash

RUGBY, N.D. — Authorities have recognized a 53-year-old man killed in a two-vehicle automobile crash about 3 miles east of Rugby on Thursday night time, Oct. 6.

Kevin Lyon, of Belvidere, New Jersey, was driving a Dodge Durango east on U.S. Freeway 2 that was struck by a southbound Chevrolet Silverado, pushed by a 15-year-old boy from Rugby, in response to the North Dakota Freeway Patrol.
