North Dakota State University to host virtual conversation with leading economist

FARGO — North Dakota State College’s Robert Challey Institute for International Innovation and Development will host a digital dialog a Brown College economist.

The digital dialog with economist Glenn Loury is at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, at Richard H. Barry Corridor.

The occasion is free to attend and open to the general public. Glenn Loury, the Merton P. Stoltz Professor of the Social Sciences and Professor of Economics at Brown College, will interact in a digital dialog with Menard Household Director John Bitzan.

The occasion will start with a Q&A-style dialogue about Loury’s private story, race and inequality, free inquiry and viewpoint range, and Loury’s reflections and recommendation. After this dialogue, Loury will reply questions from the viewers.
