North Dakota state official accuses Biden Administration of “assault against our oil and gas industry”

(Fargo, ND) — The Director of the North Dakota Division of Mineral sources says the Biden Administration is deliberately crippling the oil and fuel trade.

“So the local weather change agenda is full on. There may be an assault in opposition to our oil and fuel trade actually on each entrance,” stated Lynn Helms. 

Lynn Helms says the administration has failed to carry the third quarter 2022 oil and fuel lease sale, together with 141 parcels in North Dakota which are accessible for lease that did not go up for public sale. He additionally says the Biden administration has missed the deadline for the 4th quarter lease sale.  Helms additionally says the EPA is contemplating limiting any flaring, and says the administration is contemplating permitting third events, together with non-governmental organizations, to watch oil and fuel emissions and report alleged violations.

Whereas expressing frustration with what’s occurring on the federal stage, Helms pointed to optimistic developments for the trade on the state stage.
