CHICAGO (KMOT) – While the delegates officially nominated Kamala Harris before the convention, the DNC held a ceremonial roll call Tuesday night, with each state and territory casting their votes.

North Dakota Democratic-NPL party chair Adam Goldwyn spoke on behalf of the state’s delegation.

“Mr. Secretary, the Democrats of North Dakota — the Peace Garden State — are proud to cast our 17 votes for Vice President Kamala Harris, and the best neighbor you could ever hope to have, Governor Tim Walz, for president and vice president of the United States of America. Let’s go!” said Goldwyn.
