North Dakota absentee ballots are being mailed

(Fargo, ND) —  Absentee ballots for the June 11th primary are scheduled to be in the mail today for military service members and residents overseas.  

Voters in the state could request an absentee ballot starting yesterday.  

Absentee ballots must be postmarked by June 10th or dropped in a secure ballot box at an official polling location or inserted into a secure ballot drop box by June 10th.  

Vote by mail counties require a ballot application before a ballot is sent out.
