On Thursday February ninth Lorraine handed away peacefully at Sanford hospital in Fargo, ND.

Lorraine Nora Williams was born on December seventh, 1933 on the household farm in Sinclair Township close to Gackle, ND. She was the daughter of Jacob and Rose Wolff. Sister to Irene (Glen) Zillmer Clarence (Della) Wolff and Stanley (Eileen) Wolff.

Lorraine met the love of her life, George “Choose” Williams at a dance. They have been married on November 18th, 1951. They welcomed their solely little one, Jay George in 1953.

For years they have been inseparable. That was one thing they have been very pleased with. They set an exemplary normal of what “for higher or worse” seems to be like. By way of good and difficult occasions – they approached every part collectively. United of their religion and dedication to their household and to one another.

Collectively, they labored aspect by aspect for 67 years. Constructing a household, a house, and a farm. They each have been immensely proud farmers. They shared a love of gathering. From Redwing and Dakota Pottery to Solid Iron Seats – Their information was as huge as their assortment. By way of their passions they collected as many tales and pals as they did items.

Lorraine cherished her household. She was fiercely protecting, beneficiant together with her time and her “envelopes”. We are going to miss her long-distance birthday songs. She cherished God, her farm, phrase searches, video games reveals and polka music.

She by no means met an ice cream she didn’t like.

Lorraine was Courageous. She was adamant about remaining on the household farm after she misplaced Choose. It’s the place her reminiscences have been and the place she felt closest to him. It’s the place an ideal love story began and it’s only becoming that the ultimate chapter would shut there too.

Lorraine, Ma, Grandma shall be remembered lovingly by her son Jay “Jay Boy” and his spouse Jan (“Simply the daughter-in-law”) Whitesboro, TX.

Grandson Kord (Jeanna) – Lakeville, MN and her great-granddaughters Lesly (Paul) and Madison.

We’re comforted that she is now dwelling. Reunited with the love of her life, Choose and together with her favourite woman Kassey Jo.

Don’t Fear Ma, We are going to flip the lights off.

Funeral Service – 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Eddy Funeral Residence, Jamestown.

Visitation – One hour earlier than the service.
