Jeanette Srozinski, 86, handed away early Sunday morning, July 10, 2022 at her daughter’s residence after a prolonged sickness.

Jeanette Marie (Toay) Srozinski was born November 6, 1935 to Edward James Toay and Henrietta Margaret (Hartle) Toay within the farm 8 miles south of Jamestown, ND. She was baptized December 15, 1935 and confirmed on October 29, 1950 at St. James Catholic Church, Jamestown.

Jeanette attended grade faculty as a rustic faculty and graduated from Jamestown Excessive College, Jamestown. She labored for Eddy Furnishings Co. whereas in highschool. Jeanette was united in marriage to Ralph Srozinski on July 15, 1954. She labored at Biss Cleaners in 1955 after which Moshas Cleaners in 1956 earlier than working at Parkway Café. Jeanette started her profession on the North Dakota State Hospital as a psychiatric technician for 7 years, and continued in admissions for 35 years. She loved cake adorning, crafts, and taking issues to the Honest.

Ralph and Jeanette had two daughters, Barb & Roy Gomke, and grandson, Steve & Jessica Gomke and great-grandson, Jacob, granddaughter, Denise & Josh, and great-grandchildren, Dilon, Sophie, and Ryken; daughter, Jean & Dean Schmuhl, and grandson, Kurt Schmuhl & Nicole Griffin; granddaughter, Joey Schmuhl & Rob Burger, and great-grandchildren, Linnea Burger and Isla Burger, great-granddaughter, Lindsey Jo Pouliot; and grandson, Jay Schmuhl; sister, Judy Bear; sisters-in-law, Barb Srozinski and Lorraine Srozinski; and plenty of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in loss of life by her husband, Ralph; dad and mom; great-grandson, John Gomke; sisters, Clara Schimelfenig, Joyce Iverson, and Karen Toay; brothers, William Toay and Albert Toay; and sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.

She was beloved by many, particularly the Iverson household who handled Ralph and Jeanette as one other set of oldsters.

Mass of Christian Burial: 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 18, 2022 at St. James Basilica, Jamestown, ND.

Visitation: 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Sunday, July 17, 2022 at St. James Basilica.

Prayer Service: 7:00 p.m., Sunday, July 17, 2022 at St. James Basilica.

Interment: Calvary Cemetery, Jamestown.

Preparations are within the care of Eddy Funeral House, Jamestown.
