FARGO, N.D. (Valley Information Dwell) – The North Dakota Division of Transportation (NDDOT) and North Dakota Freeway Patrol say they’ll proceed opening highways throughout the state on Friday.
NDDOT & NDHP plan to open Freeway 83 from Bismarck to Minot and Interstate-94 eastbound from Bismarck to Jamestown at 10:00 a.m. Westbound from Jamestown to Bismarck is deliberate to open at 11:00 a.m. and I-94 from Bismarck to the Montana border is deliberate to completely open at midday.
Whereas the closures are lifted, street situations could also be poor, and warning needs to be taken. Officers say roads could also be icy, and drivers will see snow elimination gear on the roads by means of the weekend.
Drivers are requested to take it gradual, use excessive warning and look ahead to snowplows that shall be working at decrease speeds. For extra data on street situations throughout North Dakota, name 511 or go to the ND Roads map at journey.dot.nd.gov.
