Head-on crash kills one, seriously injures two others near Barney, North Dakota

BARNEY, North Dakota — One man is useless and two others are significantly injured after a two-vehicle, head-on crash Saturday, Aug. 27.

In keeping with the North Dakota State Patrol, the accident occurred at round 2:15 a.m. on Freeway 13, mile marker 374, simply east of Barney, North Dakota.

In keeping with the report, a 2009 Toyota Corolla was touring eastbound on Hwy. 13, and a 2011 Nissan Altima was touring westbound on Hwy. 13 once they collided head-on.

After the crash, the Nissan got here to relaxation on the westbound shoulder, going through west and was upright. The Toyota got here to relaxation within the north ditch, going through southeast and was upright.

The motive force of the Toyota, a 47-year-old man, was pronounced useless on the scene.

The motive force and passenger within the Nissan have been each injured within the crash and have been taken to Sanford Hospital in Fargo for severe accidents.

Names of the injured events and the deadly sufferer will likely be launched on August 28.

The North Dakota Freeway Patrol is investigating the crash.
