Gus Gorman

Lawrence “Gus” Gorman, 71, of Jamestown, ND, handed away Sunday, January 29, 2023 at Farmington, NM as a result of accidents sustained in an vehicle accident a number of days prior.

Gus Gorman was born July 23, 1951, in Jamestown, ND, the son of John and Clarice (Carlson) Gorman. He attended college in Nortonville, ND and graduated from Edgeley Excessive Faculty in 1971. Gus studied diesel mechanics at Wahpeton State Faculty of Science the place he met Dynae L. Meyer and later married on July 7, 1973. They made their residence in Jamestown the place Gus labored for Haybusters, after which Coca-Cola Bottling Co. for 41 years. In his spare time, Gus drove truck for Charles Davis Trucking and Reimers Farms. He loved tenting, touring, and using his Harley-Davidson bike. Dynae handed away on December 17, 2007.

Gus is survived by daughter, Darby Charette and her youngsters, Kaitlyn and Kyle; siblings, Margery (Invoice) Sneyde, Lucy (John) Olson, Genii Jerke, Les Gorman, Fern (Larry) Schauer, Bernie Gorman, Sylvia (Mark) Bosch; sisters-in-law, Diane Gorman, Tracy (Milt), and Robin (Jeff), Pam and Sandy.

He was preceded in demise by his spouse; mother and father; sister, Katharine Gorman; brother, Carl Gorman; nephew, Matthew Bosch; brothers-in-law, Al, Brad, and Mike.

Visitation and Household will obtain company – 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at Eddy Funeral House, Jamestown.

Spring Burial – Calvary Cemetery, Jamestown.
