Game and Fish fisheries chief highlights new North Dakota fishing proclamation

North Dakota’s new fishing season starts April 1, and there are a few new regulations anglers should be aware of. Mike Anderson sits down with Greg Power, the North Dakota Game and Fish Department’s fisheries division chief, to discuss the changes in this week’s “North Dakota Outdoors” webcast. Anglers also will need a new fishing license starting April 1. Licenses can be purchased beginning Friday, March 15, on the Game and Fish website at

or on the department’s mobile app.
