WEST FARGO — Minot overcame a 17-point deficit at halftime to advance to the Dakota Bowl. Griffin Broderick’s 2-yard touchdown run gave the Magicians its first lead of the night in the third quarter.

FARGO — The Hawks put up a fight against the unbeaten Spartans in their first ever playoff appearance. North’s offense was just too much to handle, and it all started with Peder Haugo’s 54-yard rushing touchdown in the first quarter to set the tone.

JAMESTOWN — The Knights upset the defending champs, Jamestown, punching their ticket to the Dakota Bowl for the first time since 2005. They won the game in the final two minutes, Jack Simmers hit Leo Strandell deep behind the defense, who took it home for the 61-yard touchdown.
