Eye Popping Snowfall Totals for North Dakota, NW Minnesota

UNDATED (WJON Information) — The Nationwide Climate Service is reporting some actually massive snowfall totals for central North Dakota into Northwestern Minnesota.

The primary snowstorm of the season produced a Blizzard Warning for a lot of that space on Wednesday and Thursday.

The Nationwide Climate Service says Bismarck has had 24 inches of snow, Metal 22″, Mandan 21″, and Devils Lake 12.5″.  Grand Forks is at 9.1″ and Roseau at 7.5″.

A Winter Climate Advisory stays in place for the northern third of Minnesota till 9:00 a.m. Friday.  Extra snow accumulations needs to be lower than an inch.  Nonetheless, 40 mile an hour winds will blow the snow round that has already fallen.
