FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Fees are filed in opposition to the person concerned in two crashes and a taking pictures with a trooper that shut down a part of the interstate in Fargo Tuesday evening.

Twenty-eight-year-old Maichael Yousa is charged with tried homicide, reckless endangerment, aggravated assault, fleeing and driving below suspension.

Yousa was shot twice by a North Dakota Freeway Patrol Trooper Miles Rhonemus after the Freeway Patrol says he fired on the trooper.

Yousa can also be accused of rear-ending a bike on I-94 and fleeing the scene.

Yousa later crashed right into a one other automobile after fleeing from the trooper and firing a gun as he received out of his automobile.

Yousa was handled at a hospital earlier than being taken to jail.
