Carrington moves up in post-Christmas Class B basketball poll

JAMESTOWN — The primary Class B Basketball polls after Christmas are out and 4 Winds-Minnewaukan and Kenmare-Bowbells continued to hold on tight to the highest spot within the girls and boys polls respectively. The Indians preserve the highest spot for the fourth consecutive week whereas the Honkers preserve the highest spot for the third consecutive week.

The 20 groups within the polls have began the season a mixed 49-5. The one native workforce to make both ballot is the Carrington Cardinals who’ve a 6-0 document and transfer up from the No. 10 spot to the No. 9 spot. The Cardinals are coming off a 48-44 win over 4 Winds-Minnewaukan on Dec. 19.

The highest three in each polls are the identical with the Indians adopted by Central Cass, and Bishop Ryan within the boys’ ballot. The highest three within the ladies ballot are the Honkers adopted by Kindred and Rugby.

The most important drop within the ladies’ ballot sees Central Cass drop from No. 6 to No. 10. The most important drop within the boys’ ballot sees Thompson drop from No. 4 to No. 7.
