Burgum: ND joins with MN, MT and WI to develop multistate hydrogen hub; EERC to lead development

BISMARCK, N.D. – North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum introduced as we speak he has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the governors of Minnesota, Montana and Wisconsin to develop a regional clear hydrogen hub to assist meet the nation’s clear power, transportation and agricultural wants.
