The Nationwide Climate Service in Grand Forks, North Dakota has issued a Winter Climate Advisory till 6:00 p.m. tonight and a Blizzard Warning from midnight tonight to 10:00 a.m. on Friday for parts of northwest Minnesota, and japanese North Dakota.

* WHAT…For the Blizzard Warning, blizzard circumstances are anticipated. Complete snow accumulations of 6 to 14 inches and ice accumulations of round one-tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as excessive as 55 mph. For the Winter Climate Advisory, freezing rain. Extra ice accumulations of a lightweight glaze.
