Carolina Panthers fans tuned in to an all-too-familiar scene last night. But this time, it wasn’t at their expense.
Former Panthers head coach Matt Rhule made his debut on the sideline for the University of Nebraska on Thursday—one that ended in a painful 13-10 loss for the Cornhuskers. And, as expected, the Carolina faithful had some fun with it . . .
I love waking up and seeing all the Matt Rhule slander.
I don’t think he’ll ever be liked in this city. And I love y’all for that

It’s crazy how the Huskers got the full Matt Rhule effect after one game
Team plays well most of the game
Can’t extend the lead though
Chokes at the end
Does his used car salesman routine in the post game presser
Doesn’t take accountability and blames one of his players— Slick Wick (@dacornerman) September 1, 2023
