Nebraska woman sentenced to decade in prison for meth-related offenses

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A Norfolk lady was sentenced to a decade in jail for meaning to distribute greater than 100 grams of meth.

Based on the U.S. Legal professional’s Workplace for the District of Nebraska, Nicole Peterson, 37, of Norfolk, was sentenced in federal courtroom for conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute 500 grams or extra of methamphetamine.

Based on the Division of Justice, on March 30, 2019, regulation enforcement received a search warrant for a constructing in Kearney, Nebraska. The constructing had allegedly been become a makeshift dwelling by co-defendant Rodney Randolph. Peterson and Josiah Negley have been additionally within the constructing.

Regulation enforcement seized 117 grams of meth from the house. The three defendants allegedly admitted they received the meth from Colorado and meant to distribute it in Kearney.

Peterson was sentenced Friday to 120 months in jail. Afterward, she’s going to serve 5 years of supervised launch.
