Nebraska woman arrested after allegedly seeking to have 5 people killed

LEXINGTON, Neb. (WOWT) – An investigation ended with the arrest of an Elwood girl who allegedly sought to have 5 individuals murdered.

In keeping with the Nebraska State Patrol, an investigation started not too long ago when a report from a involved citizen was obtained by the Gosper County Sheriff’s Workplace.

The report alleged {that a} girl from Elwood, recognized as 39-year-old Valerie Miller, was making suspicious feedback.

An NSP investigator then went undercover and contacted Miller on-line. Miller then allegedly agreed to satisfy with the investigator in individual at a location in Lexington.

The 2 met Monday afternoon. Throughout the assembly, the investigator allegedly came upon that Miller was seeking to have 5 individuals killed. Miller allegedly tried to rent the investigator to homicide the 5 individuals.

When the assembly ended, Miller drove off for roughly two miles and was stopped by troopers. She was taken into custody with out incident.

Miller was lodged in Dawson County Jail for conspiracy to commit homicide, 5 counts of tried first-degree homicide and making terroristic threats.

The case was investigated by the Nebraska State Patrol, Gosper County Sheriff’s Workplace, CODE Activity Power and FBI.
