LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Nebraska lawmakers handed a invoice legalizing conceal carry and not using a allow on Wednesday.

In a cloture vote, state senators handed LB77 33-14 with 2 senators not voting.

The invoice permits anybody who can legally buy a gun to additionally conceal it in public without having a allow or a security coaching class to take action.

The invoice now heads to the governor’s desk for signature.
