Nebraska Starting OL Announces He’s Suspended For 2022 Season

Nebraska offensive lineman Nouredin Nouilli has been suspended for the whole 2022 season, he introduced immediately.

In a press release launched on Twitter, Nouilli defined that he failed a drug check, rendering him ineligible. It is not clear what Nouilli examined constructive for.

The Frankfurt, Germany native will stay a member of the Husker program this season, regardless that he can’t play.

“I wish to apologize to my household, teammates, coaches and Husker followers for my error in judgement,” Nouilli wrote. “It’s an honor to be part of this soccer program and characterize this college and I don’t take that duty frivolously.

“I look ahead to returning to the sphere to characterize Nebraska in 2023.”

After starting his profession at Colorado State in 2019, the place he began seven video games as a real freshman, Nouilli transferred to Nebraska and walked on for the Huskers.

He didn’t seem in a sport in 2020, however performed in all 12 final fall, beginning the final seven at left guard.
