Nebraska Football Receives Big Transfer Commit in Former Four Star Wide Receiver from Texas

Did Satterfield close this one with the awkward fist bumps? I would like to think so.

Matt Rhule and Nebraska football received a transfer commit in one of the largest areas of need on the team — wide receiver.

Last night Isaiah Neyor announced his commitment to transfer to Nebraska on Twitter/X.

Originally he started his career in Wyoming where he had a stellar first season with 878 yards receiving and 12 touchdowns. He then transferred to Texas where an unfortunate injury sidelined him during the 2022 season.

This past season at Texas, Neyor was still recovering from the injury and barely saw any playing time at Texas.

This is a big commit for Nebraska as they needed some quality veteran depth and in particular some size at the position. Neyor is 6’3” and over 200 pounds so that is some size that should go a long way for Nebraska.

Hopefully he is healthy and ready to contribute in 2024.
