An in-state fullback has committed as a walk-on for the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Izaac Dickey made the announcement after he participated in the Husker’s fullback camp earlier in the month.

Stromsburg, NE – 8 man football – Fullback since 3rd grade. Don’t quit on your dreams. I’m honored and blessed to announce I am able to continue playing at the next level! I want to thank all of my past and present coaches for everything they’ve done for me. Lastly, I want teammates who have pushed me to be the best player and teammate I can be. With that being said, my recruitment is CLOSED! 100% Committed as a walk-on to the University of Nebraska! ALL N!

Dickey plays eight-man football for Cross Country High School out of Stromsburg, Nebraska. The fullback isn’t the only Division I football prospect for Cross Country.

Tight end Tanner Hollinger recently earned his first scholarship offer from the University of Illinois.
