In-state dual-sport athlete receives scholarship offer from Nebraska

The Nebraska Cornhuskers gave a 2025 dual-sport athlete his first college offer. Conor Booth, a Wahoo native, received an offer from the Huskers today, which Booth announced on Twitter. 

Booth is a standout on the football field and the baseball diamond at Bishop Neumann Catholic High School. Last season, he played fullback for Neumann, rushing for 964 yards and 18 TDs off 72 carries.

On the baseball diamond, he finished this past season with a batting average of .412 off 80 at-bats. Booth earned 33 hits for 20 RBIs and four home runs. 

Booth was on the Lincoln campus with his high school team for a summer camp when he received an offer.
