St. Louis restaurants highlighted in Food Network’s ‘What to Eat in Missouri’

ST. LOUIS (First Alert 4) — The Food Network is highlighting multiple places in the St. Louis area on its list of places to eat in Missouri.

Taking No. 1 on the list was the hot salami sandwich from Gioia’s Deli. Also making the list was gooey butter cake from Kaldi’s in Kirkwood, St. Louis-style pizza from Imo’s, ribs from Bogart’s Smoke House, and the BLT from Crown Candy in St. Louis – just to name a few.

The article also mentions provel cheese is “easily St. Louis’ most controversial food” while highlighting Byrd & Barrel’s “Mother Clucker” sandwich.

The Food Network published its whole list for Missouri on its website.
