Missing 78-year-old woman with Alzheimer’s found safe after going missing on Saturday, police say

MISSOURI CITY, Texas (KTRK) — A 78-year-old woman who went missing on Saturday was found safe on Sunday evening, according to officials.
In late update, officials confirmed, Brenda Jones was located after going missing for almost 24 hours.
It was not made known by officials where she was found.

Jones was last seen on foot in the 3900 block of Panorama Drive on Oct. 7 around 7 p.m.
Officials described her as a Black woman, who is 5 foot 6, 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Jones was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, and law enforcement officials believed her disappearance threatened her safety.
