Rochester Polar Plunge benefiting Special Olympics Minnesota Saturday
ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) –It is almost that time to make a splash while making a difference for Special Olympics athletes in Minnesota!
This weekend is the annual polar plunge in Rochester.
People will be jumping into the water at Foster Arend Park to help raise money and awareness for Special Olympics Minnesota.
The Rochester plunge is one of more than 20 polar plunge events across the state.
This year’s fundraising goal is $290,000 dollars.
This fun tradition starts Saturday at noon and you can still sign up.
