A nationwide warrant is out for a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent in connection with a shooting that happened in north Minneapolis during Operation Metro Surge. On Monday, Hennepin County prosecutors charged him with assault and falsely reporting a crime. Ubah Ali reports on the video from city cameras that played a big part in the case.
