Northeast Minneapolis Target evacuates after bomb threat
MINNEAPOLIS — A bomb menace induced the Goal in Minneapolis’ Quarry Buying Middle to evacuate Friday night.
The Minneapolis Police Division says officers from its 2nd Precinct, members of its Okay-9 and Bomb Squad items responded to a report of a bomb menace on the 1600 block of New Brighton Boulevard.
The administration ordered an evacuation out of an abundance of warning round 6 p.m.
Officers searched the placement however discovered no indication of an explosive system.
There have been no arrests. MPD is investigating.
