MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) – Down hundreds of officers and facing a significant drop in applicants, the Minneapolis Police Department is exploring innovative ways to recruit and retain personnel.
FOX 9 sat down with Mayor Jacob Frey and Chief Brian O’Hara to discuss the new initiative that hopes to bolster the number of officers on the street.
