MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A 56-year-old man is within the hospital after he was stabbed in downtown Minneapolis Friday afternoon.

Police imagine there was a verbal altercation between two males close to the 1300 block of Linden Avenue, which escalated right into a stabbing. Then, the 56-year-old walked a number of blocks to eighth Road and Hennepin Avenue, the place police discovered him.

He was taken to the hospital with a doubtlessly life-threatening harm.

Police say the opposite man is cooperating with the investigation.
