Milwaukee interstate shooting closes stretch of I-94
MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WMTV) – All westbound lanes of I-94 heading out of Milwaukee had been closed late Wednesday morning after a taking pictures that despatched one individual to the hospital.
Based on the Milwaukee Co. Sheriff’s Workplace, investigators are blockading all westbound lanes of the interstate on the Hawley Highway interchange.
The sufferer within the taking pictures suffered critical accidents, the Sheriff’s Workplace wrote in a tweet, and was rushed to a close-by hospital.
For now, all drivers leaving Milwaukee are being directed to exit onto Hawley Highway whereas the investigation continues. The sheriff’s workplace didn’t present an estimate on when it’s prone to reopen.
