Milwaukee 5-year-old found on school bus after falling asleep during commute home
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — A five-year-old child reported missing on Jan. 8 was found unharmed later that evening, asleep on a school bus in a company parking lot.
Authorities responded to the missing child report near 91st and Marion in Milwaukee following a call from the child’s mother, concerned after the child did not return home from school.
The child’s father discovered him on the bus, where he had fallen asleep. According to a Milwaukee Police Department press release issued Wednesday, Jan. 10, the child was scared and crying but physically unharmed.
