MacKenzie Scott donation led to Milwaukee Habitat's strategic planning
Milwaukee Habitat was one among 84 U.S. Habitat affiliate organizations together with Habitat for Humanity Worldwide that obtained funding from philanthropist MacKenzie Scott. In complete, Scott gave $436 million to the Habitat organizations, which was her single largest present that she made since her 2019 dedication to donate a good portion of her wealth.
