Wisconsin IPA Fest could have beer from 50 breweries

Tickets are on sale for the Wisconsin IPA Fest Aug. 20 at Third House Brewing, 1505 W. St. Paul Ave., the place a beer backyard will showcase dozens of Wisconsin made IPAs.

Fifty breweries from throughout Wisconsin select one IPA to vie for the “Greatest IPA in Wisconsin” trophy. The competitors is peer-judged, and every brewery sends its personal brewer-judges. Previous winners embrace Sheboygan Beer Co., Third House and Lakefront. Attendees may even get to vote on the Folks’s Selection Winner. Along with these IPAs submitted, Third House will brew a collaboration IPA with Waukesha’s Raised Grain Brewing, the winner of final yr’s occasion.
