Why Michigan’s K-12 public school enrollment rose last year

A spike in preschool registration and also the return of homeschooled pupils to public institutions ever before so somewhat improved Michigan’s K-12 registration this academic year, state education and learning authorities stated.

For the 2021-22 academic year, 1,443,456 pupils were registered in public institutions, concerning 5,800 or 0.4% greater than the 1,437,612 in 2020-21 that went to when the COVID-19 pandemic remained to shutter some institutions and also interfere with understanding.
