Riding a four-game winning streak, the Ohio State men’s basketball team will return home to face Central Michigan after capturing the Emerald Coast Classic championship.

This is the third meeting between the Buckeyes and the Chippewas and the first in 20 years. Ohio State beat Central Michigan 77-71 in the Maui Invitational on Nov. 25, 2003, and the Buckeyes beat the Chippewas 85-83 on Jan. 2, 1988.

Ohio State is coached by Chris Holtmann, who is in his seventh season with the program. Central Michigan is led by former Auburn head coach Tony Barbee, now in his third season with the program.
