Powerball ticket worth $842 million sold in Grand Blanc, Michigan
DETROIT – Someone in Michigan probably thinks they’re waking up to a dream.
A single Powerball ticket for Monday night’s $842 million jackpot was sold at the Food Castle on East Grand Blanc Road in Grand Blanc.
The ticket has a cash value of $425 million dollars.
The Michigan Lottery says it won’t know the winners identity until they come forward.
The jackpot is the second largest ever won in Michigan, with the largest being a $1.05 billion dollar Mega Millions ticket in January 2021.
The winning numbers for Monday night’s drawing are: 12-21-42-44-49. The Powerball was 1.
