Michigan man wearing Halloween mask arrested after trying to hire hitman

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. – A Michigan man sporting a Halloween masks was arrested Wednesday morning outdoors his would-be sufferer’s residence after making an attempt to rent a hitman.

WOOD, an NBC affiliate in Grand Rapids, reported that Jonathon Allen, 31, was discovered outdoors the house in Battle Creek. Officers say they acquired a tip that Allen was sending messages to somebody claiming that he would pay them to kill the sufferer.

It was reported that two detectives went to the sufferer’s home to debate the messages. When police have been leaving the Battle Creek residence after discussing the messages they noticed Allen close by.

Officers say that Allen pulled out a Halloween masks from his backpack and put it on his head. Police reported that they discovered a big kitchen knife in Allen’s backpack.

Allen is at the moment being held in Calhoun County Jail.
