TAYLOR, MI — A civilian is listed in steady situation after he was shot by an auxiliary police officer Sunday throughout a coaching train. According to the Michigan State Police, deputies had been referred to as to Heritage Park in Taylor round 5 pm. Sunday for studies of a taking pictures.
An investigation decided that members of the Taylor Auxiliary Officers had been conducting car take-down coaching within the park when one of many auxiliary officers in coaching discharged his service weapon. A civilian who was a “function participant” within the coaching was struck within the stomach and injured. He was taken to a close-by hospital for remedy.
MSP says detectives are interviewing witnesses and an investigation into the taking pictures is ongoing on the request of the Taylor Police Division.
