Wilson, Kansas resident convicted on child sex charges – Newstalk KZRG

ELLSWORTH – A person from Wilson, Kansas has been convicted of kid intercourse crimes underneath the Kansas model of Jessica’s Regulation, Kansas Lawyer Common Derek Schmidt stated Monday.

36-year-old Jason Cunningham was discovered responsible late Friday by an Ellsworth County jury of two counts of aggravated prison sodomy, one depend of tried aggravated prison sodomy, one depend of tried aggravated indecent liberties with a baby, one depend of aggravated indecent liberties with a baby, one depend of indecent liberties with a baby, one depend of aggravated intimidation of a sufferer, and two counts of selling obscenity to a minor.

The jury acquitted the defendant on different counts. The decision was accepted by Ellsworth County District Choose Carey Hipp.

The sentencing date for Cunningham has not but been set.

The case was investigated by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation’s Northeast Youngster Sufferer Activity drive with the help from further KBI brokers, the Wilson Police Division and the Ellsworth County Sheriff’s Workplace.
