KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) – A Kansas girl who was shot and wounded by Kansas Metropolis, Missouri, police final week has been charged with a number of counts.

The Kansas Metropolis Star stories that Jackson County prosecutors have charged 26-year-old Leonna Hale, of Kansas Metropolis, Kansas, with illegal firearm possession, exhibiting a firearm and resisting arrest.
