KCMO Police Department: Missing 1-month-old girl has been located, found safe
UPDATE, JULY 1, 3:52 P.M. | Kaliyah has been located and is safe, according to a Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department spokesperson.
ORIGINAL STORY, JULY 1, 1:50 P.M. | The Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department has issued an endangered person advisory for a one-month-old girl that was last seen with her father on the evening of June 29.
Kaliyah Wiley was last seen at her home, located near East 91st Street and James A. Reed Road, while in the custody of her father.
KCPD is searching for the infant.
She is described as having brown hair and brown eyes. She is around 19 inches tall and weighs 8 pounds.
Police say her family is concerned for her well-being. Her father made statements that he was planning on dropping the infant off at a police station or a safe harbor, according to a press release.
The infant has not been located at any Missouri police station or safe harbor, per the release.
The father is in custody and is refusing to disclose the infant’s location.
